Emergency Orders (Expedited USPS Express, FedEx 2 Day Air, FedEx Overnight Air):
We all know that emergencies happen and you need an item fast. Please when ordering an emergency item, also send us an email using the "Contact Us" page so we can give your order special care. Emergency order are those orders where you have paid for USPS Express Mail (1-2 Day Service), FedEx 2nd Day Service, or FedEx Overnight Air Service. With us being able to give your order special care, we can help insure complete customer satisfaction on these orders. Please remember that our shipping department has cut-off times when the carrier collects the packages for the day. Orders placed late in the day may not be able to ship until the next business day. We will be able to confirmation your order status once you email us your emergency order status request. Please note most emergency orders will require a signature at delivery. All orders over $200 require a signature at delivery regardless of shipping choice.
Ammunition Orders:
Ammunition must ship by FEDEX only, please insure to select FEDEX during checkout. By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you are of appropriate age to purchase ammunition and there are no local, state or federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing, receiving or owning ammunition. Knowing your local laws is your responsibility. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on ammo. If an order is placed to a address known by us to be in a restricted locality, we will cancel the order. If an order is placed and USPS is chosen as the shipping method, we will cancel the order.
- Only US domestic free shipping (products eligible for free shipping will include a free shipping note on the product page).
- Excludes heavy or oversize package orders, very small or light weight package, sale or clearance items, and these restrictions are applied automatically to these items once added to your shopping cart.

Shipping Timing:
We ship most items within 24 hours from the time your payment is received. There are some cases where you item make take longer and if greater than five days you will be contacted. Items that require construction or customization will take longer to ship because the work being performed. We do not control the companies in which items are shipped. If you experience delays or service issues with these companies we do not offer refunds or upgrades based on these issues. We will work with you to find lost or damaged items in the mail but please know that we do not own any part of USPS or UPS and we cannot influence packages once they shipped. If you prefer one company over the other, please select their service at checkout.

- Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
- Orders with customer paid shipping and express service requests are moved ahead of the line and process first before all other shipments.

- Please note that shipping deadlines for expedited orders are 1:00PM EST/EDT for same day shipping. Ordered placed after this time will go out the next business day.
