Phone Order Instructions:  AVOID DELAYS BY PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE NOW.

Phone orders can be placed by calling us toll free at 866-290-4257.  If you don't get an answer, please leave a message.  Be sure to tell us your name, phone number, items interested in, and a good time to call you back..  Because your call is very important to us the next available service representative will call you back.  For faster service if you have product questions prior to ordering, please send us an email using the contact us page.  Ordering online is the safest and easiest method for placing orders, plus you don't have to wait for an operator.

Mail-In Manual Orders (US sales only):

We understand that not everyone has a credit card or feels comfortable shopping online.  We have a "Mail-In Manual Service" that will hopefully let you purchase the items you need conveniently.   To use this service, shop on our website and place the items desired in your online shopping cart.   By placing the items in your shopping cart you will be able to calculate your shipping cost based on the shipping service you choose.   With the items in your cart, at the bottom of the cart you will need to enter your location information and select "Calculate Shipping".   You will see your shipping options displayed for you to choose from.  Now you can print your shopping cart or make a legible copy by hand with item names, item numbers, total item cost, and your shipping total cost. For convenience we have a manual order form at the bottom of the page that you can print and fill out.  Remember to make a note on the printout for the shipping service desired (i.e. Free Shipping, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Etc).  

Easy order tip:  Print your shopping cart out and mail it to avoid writing each item out and avoids errors in the order.  You can circle the shipping method desired in your shopping cart printout.  

MAKE SURE YOUR WRITING IS LEGIBLE! 

Fill in the rest of your form information including the billing and shipping information and put it in an envelope with your USPS Postal Money for the total amount (items plus shipping) or CC payment information.   Put a stamp on it and mail it to us.

Please note that we only accept USPS Postal Money Orders on non-commercial accounts.
